The Toronto Regional Labour-Management Health and Safety Committee is pleased to offer a free two-hour virtual seminar on Leadership, Culture, and Performance with Chris Roach from Danico Safety.

 

This session is intended for anyone looking to build leadership skills in construction, including owners, project managers, supervisors, superintendents, health and safety professionals, worker representatives, and JHSC members.

ADMN201 - Construction Contract Administration

This course will provide the participants with an overview of the various administrative requirements and responsibilities contained within the various CCDC construction contract forms. CCDC guide manuals will be referenced and used. Participants will be provided with copies of administrative forms to assist in navigating those requirements and responsibilities. Learning Outcomes:
1.Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
2.Differentiate between the contract and the contract documents
3.List the six common modern construction contract arrangements.
4.Correspond those arrangements to documents used in Canada to form them.
5.Complete and execute the documents.
6.Understand the parties’ various administrative responsibilities under those contracts.
7.Fulfill those administrative responsibilities.
8.Identfy the various administrative forms necessary to meet obligations and responsibilities.
9.Refer to various guide documents to assist in the process of executing contractual responsibilities.
